How Many Uplights to Rent for Your Venue
It depends on the room size and how dramatic you want the effect. A small gathering can look great with 6 to 8 uplight rentals placed around the perimeter. A medium-size wedding reception in a cultural hall or ballroom usually calls for 16 to 25 uplights. Most customers can plan coverage by spacing lights about 10 feet apart for a soft look or 5 feet apart for a more dramatic effect. At $20 per light, delivered and installed, most orders land within our $350 delivery minimum once you add other rentals like tents, tables, or pipe and drape to your wishlist.
When to Book Your Uplighting Rental in Utah
Utah's peak wedding weekends (May, June, September, and October Saturdays) book months out, and many clients reserve uplighting 30 to 60 days out to secure availability for their weekend event in UT. Uplighting is often reserved as part of a larger order, so most couples check availability when they book.
