Since we're all about serving each customer individually, we like to offer custom pricing depending on the specifics of your event and how many tables and chairs you need. Pricing varies depending on location and the number of chairs and tables. Give us a call, and we can give you a custom quote.

For standard events, 4–6 weeks is usually enough. If your event falls on a peak weekend in May, June, September, or October, Saturdays are the busiest. Plan for 2–3 months out at minimum. Weddings and large outdoor receptions during those months book fast, and specific chair styles (Chiavari chairs, for example) tend to go first. The earlier you lock in your date, the more options you have.

A standard round banquet table seats 8–10 guests. A 6-foot rectangular table seats 6–8. For a seated dinner with room to move comfortably, plan on about 12–15 square feet per person. Delivery alone is curbside. We bring everything to your location, and setup is your responsibility unless you add setup and takedown to your order. Most clients planning a wedding or large event add setup service so they're not arranging furniture on the morning of their event. Setup pricing is based on your location and the size of your order.
